A.The Crystal Collection body blends are available in 10ml roller ball applicators, 30 ml & 50ml dropper bottles. While the bath elixir is available in a 100ml dropper bottle.

The body elixirs may be used in various ways:

As a supreme all over body nourisher, warm 8 to 10 drops of your chosen blend into the palms of the hands and apply, beginning at the feet, working up and over the entire body. Remembering that a little goes a long way!
As a beautiful massage oil to spoil your loved one with, warm 4 to 5 drops of your chosen blend into the palms of your hands and per area of the body. Remember less is more!
As a meditation aid, warm 2 to 3 drops of your chosen blend into the palms of the hands and rub together, hold the palms to the nose inhaling several times before applying the excess onto the heart space and the temples.
As a sleep aid, warm 2 to 3 drops of your chosen blend in the palms of the hands, apply to the soles of the feet, the heart space and the temples. Hold the palms to the nose and inhale deeply 3 times.
Your chosen 10 ml roller blend is ideal to use on the pulse points as an alternative to perfume.
